The Center for Studies and Teaching of the Persian Language, in cooperation with the General Secretariat of the Central Library at the University of Basra, organized a course on teaching the Persian language to the first level.
The course, which lasts for seven weeks, three days a week, aims to train the participants and give them a certificate of passing the Persian language course for those wishing to reserve a study seat in Iranian universities.
The course included theoretical and practical lessons in Persian grammar, deep listening skills, proper pronunciation tests, correcting words, and how to read sources, references, and books and translate them, as the first level curriculum focuses on the past tense verbs of the Persian language.
