The Continuing Education Division at the Central Library, in cooperation with the Persian Language Studies and Teaching Center, held an administrative workshop entitled (How to Rely on Texts to Issue an Error-Free Administrative Order), where the workshop was delivered by Mr. Najm Abdel-Wadud Nimah Al-Jazairi, the Administrative Officer at the Center, and was attended by a number of Basra University employees. It was held in the center's lecture hall.
The workshop aims to introduce administrative employees to what is relied upon, such as the constitution, laws, orders and instructions, as well as introducing them to the types of orders and how to arrange them from highest to lowest and according to importance. During the workshop, the components of the order were explained and the most important notes that must be taken into account when editing it to make the order more accurate, clear, governing and error-free. .
Professor Maytham Muhammad Saadoun, Director of the Center, stated that these workshops are part of the Center’s ongoing activities in developing the skills of Basra University cadres, in addition to the courses and other cultural activities that the Center holds, such as Persian language courses and others, noting that this is the second workshop that complements the first workshop, which was entitled (Text Analysis). And extracting it from the letter to prepare an official administrative response.
